Margaret Annaline Lewis

A native of McMinn County, and a resident of Cleveland for the past 47 years, she was a daughter of the late K.D. and Lizzie McCallister Mayfield. She was of the Baptist faith, and was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Ray C. Lewis; one daughter, Gail Lewis; three sisters, Dorthy Nichols, Nellie Pauline Mayfield and Orgerie Mayfield; three brothers, J.D., Raymond and D.C. Mayfield; and one great-grandson, Hunter Roberts.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Carolyn and Phil Van Cleave and Dianne and Terry Sholtz, all of Cleveland; four grandchildren and one spouse, Terria Sholtz, Terril and Tammy Sholtz, Christopher Roberts and Shammas Roberts and fiancée, Kim, all of Cleveland; two step-grandchildren, Tony Van Cleave and Angie Van Cleave, both of Orlando, Fla.; three great-grandchildren, Ta Krinda Sholtz, Mason Roberts and Makayla Roberts, all of Cleveland; six step-great-great-grandchildren; one step-great-great-great-granddaughter; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty and Jim Miller and Opal and Homer Belcher, all of Etowah; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Bill and Faye Mayfield and Quay Mayfield, all of Etowah; two sisters-in-law, Lucille Mayfield and Sue Mayfield, both of Etowah; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday in the South Chapel of Bordwine Funeral Home with Jim Miller and the Rev. Floyd Boggess officiating. Burial will follow in New Zion Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Terril Sholtz, Christopher Roberts, Shammas Roberts, Phil Van Cleave, Terry Sholtz and Tommy Jones. Mason Roberts will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
